In 2005, Jammu & Kashmir, India was hit with a devastating 7.6 earthquake. This major disaster took thousands of lives and displaced countless families. In its wake, we had to do something and thus the first Pai Shelter was created, and Pai Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. was born.
What started out as helping our community almost 20 years ago, has expanded across the world. From Nepal to Morocco, we have built thousands of shelters for families without a home of their own. Our engineering work quickly expanded from shelter building to much more. Today our engineering work includes: Trecem earthquake resistant modular system, concrete work, metal creations, and much more. We have continued to improve our designs and construction process to provide our clients with the best quality products in the most cost effective way possible. Moreover, we care a great deal about how our work affects our community and those around us. One way we intentionally support local businesses, is by purchasing supplies locally, rather than relying on imported materials. Our company has expanded into new avenues of the agricultural world. This includes the livestock industry and food production.
Our work in the livestock industry is more than what meets the eye. This industry which is one of the largest in Kashmirs economy hits close to home in a community that relies so heavily on rearing livestock. Not only are we able to contribute through our medical camps, but we are eager to teach innovative solutions to livestock owners as well. With that, we are currently working to expand our animal care, please stay tuned for more information coming.
In 2021 our Apple Pai products made their way into the local market as a healthy snack. Through Apple Pai we have expanded our healthy living practices. Through our line of Apple Pai products, we have entered into the agricultural community, helping to educate and innovate how our food is cultivated. In time, we aim to help growers and the agricultural community to make choices that are healthier for all of us and the land alike.
